Well, I will not write so long, cause it's gonna be so boring. This photo will tell you all.
I have started working out on my body since end of May. I didn't expect that this kind of result would come so fast. I've been taking normal diet and I never, once again NEVER, take supplements, diet shakes, diet pills or those stuffs. I do this at home and pay nothing for a gym center or instructor. Ok! Let me be honest too! Sometimes, when I'm too lazy, I skip trainning for days too. Hahaha...
Thanks to my husband who helps me, trains me, supervises me! He even lets me eat my fave choco donuts and the fatty yummy German Sausage! Nyummm... He is my role model actually for he has great body. Hahahaha.. And thanks to Jillian Michaels, my "virtual" trainner, for her videos on Youtube! You can search her videos, try and prove it. :) Alright, don't expect too much when you just start. The first 10 minutes, I tried one workout, I was really blacking out! So exhausting and couldn't do it for more. I felt like, "Oh God, it's impossible". And the next day, as I woke up, wohaaahhh my body was soooo much in pain, that I couldn't get up from my bed. It was "good-feeling" pain actually. So I kept trying trying trying and made it! But guys, trust me, if you want faster result, combine it cardio. I choose running (for about 10-15 minutes per day) or swimming (1-2 times in a week).
Well, it's not in the best shape yet. And the journey is still long. And I'm still working on it. But I'm happy with the result so far, more than I expected. So, if I can do, why you can't?
A friend of mine once posted: "Sometimes you need to show off what money can't buy". And yep! I'm showing off what I think I deserve after one month workout!

ReplyDeleteTakpikir perut rata adalah hil yang mustahal.. Tibaknya bisaaa!! Hahaha.. G**gle aja videonya neng.. Hari pertama aku cuma bisa bertahan sampai menit ke-10, habis itu selonjoran sambil menatap langit2.. Hahaha.. Tapi setelahnya sikattttt!
